What we do not price
Permanent roof access systems: hatches, anchor points and static lines. If your package includes them, they will be excluded from our quote.
Sending us a tender
Email your invite to estimates@formclad.com.au and include:
- Project name and address
- Tender close date
- A link to the drawings and the roofing and cladding scope
- Your estimator's name and phone number
Pre-qualification pack
Everything a builder asks for in pre-qualification. Current documents are sent on request, so you always receive the latest version rather than one that has expired.

Insurance
Fully insured for commercial work, including public liability and workers compensation. Current certificates of currency supplied on request.

WHS policy and procedures, project-specific Safe Work Method Statements for all high-risk activities, and work to the relevant Australian Standards.
Referees
Builder referees from recent comparable projects, supplied with the pack.
